Parking Information


There are a number of parking options available in the downtown business district and at the Metro North Railroad station.  Parking locations, permits, and other information relating to each type of parking is explained within the links on the left-hand side of this page.

Please note that having a parking permit does not guarantee you a space.
 
PARKING RATES:
  1. Zinsser Commuter Parking Lot: 12 hour - .50 cents an hour or $6.00 for 12 hours – 6AM to 6PM (Monday – Friday) Virtual Parking Sticker required.
  2. Con Edison Parking Lot (next to Maud's): 12 hour - .50 cents an hour or $6.00 for 12 hours - 6AM to 6PM (Monday – Friday) Virtual Parking Sticker required.
  3. Maple Avenue:  6 hour - .50 cents an hour or $3.00 for 6 hours - 8AM to 6PM (Monday – Saturday) First 15 minutes free (Must use pay station or ParkMobile to activate).
  4. ALL 2 hour meters: .25 cents for 15 minutes or $2.00  for two hours: Warburton Avenue, Main Street, Southside Avenue, Whitman Street, Spring Street, Villard Avenue and North Street - 8AM to 6PM (Monday – Saturday) First 15 minutes free (Must use pay station or ParkMobile to activate).
You can pay with cash, coins, credit card or via the ParkMobile app on your phone.

The above interactive map shows Village parking zones. Red is 2-hour parking, Green is 12-hour or commuter parking, Purple is 6-hour parking.
