LGBTQ+ Community and Police Department Liaisons

In January of 2023, the Village of Hastings-on-Hudson appointed its first Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, plus (LGBTQ+) Municipal and Police Department Liaisons.  The Village declared June Pride Month in 2022 and 2023.

 

The Municipal and Police Department Liaisons serve as accessible and friendly ears to the village’s LGBTQ+ community and elevate LGBTQ-related concerns to the Mayor and Chief of Police.
