The Village of Hastings-on-Hudson offers parking permits for owners and employees of downtown businesses. Permits may be purchased on a monthly ($20/month) or annual ($150/year) basis and run from June 1, 2023 through May 31, 2024.

The purchase of this virtual permit entitles a business owner and employees to park at the specially marked (orange banded) meters located on Whitman Street at Main Street (5), Villard Avenue at Warburton Avenue (4), Warburton Avenue between Villard Avenue and Broadway (4), and Maple Avenue between Village Hall and North Street (20+). See map below.

Please note that each vehicle will need its own virtual permit.

If changes need to be made, please contact the Village Clerk's Office at villageclerk@hastingsgov.org. Vehicle information changes are subject to a $10.00 change fee.

By submitting this application, I certify the following:

1. I certify that I personally use the vehicle described above only for commutation to and from work in the Village of Hastings-on-Hudson and understand that this permit will allow me to park that vehicle in spaces reserved for merchants.
2. I certify under penalty of law that I/the applicant currently and regularly work(s) for the organization in a location within the Village of Hastings-on-Hudson.
3. I certify that I will only use this business parking permit during regular business hours for the above business.
