A Meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals will be held on Thursday, Janauary 27,2022 at 7:00 P.M. via ZOOM Webinar. The meeting will be broadcast live on WHOH-TV 75 or FIOS 43 and http://whoh-tv.org.
 
Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 7 of the Public Officers Law to the contrary, the meeting will be conducted remotely in accordance with the Chapter 417 of the Laws of 2021 in light of the public health and safety concerns associated with the COVID-19 pandemic.  As such, there will be no public participation in-person.  Members of the Board and Village Staff participating in the meeting will be participating remotely through videoconference.
 
The Board will use Zoom, a web-based videoconferencing service, to conduct the meeting.  The public will have an opportunity to see and hear the meeting live and provide comments during the appropriate time. Comments can also be emailed before and during the public hearing to:  cminozzi@hastingsgov.org.
 
The meeting will be recorded and a transcript of the meeting will be available at a later date.
