Relief from the strict application of Village Code Section 295-36A for the removal of an existing driveway and garage to create more open space and construction of a new driveway at their single-family dwelling at 40 Maple Avenue. Said property is located in the 2R Zoning District and is known as SBL: 4.30-22-19 on the Village Tax Maps.
Non-conformity details of the proposed Driveway are as follows:
Provide Two Parking Spaces: Existing – 2 spaces; Proposed – 1 space (two tandem); Required – 2 spaces {295-36A}; Variance Required – 1 Space (non-tandem)
