For the safety of voters and elections inspectors, masks will be required at all times and social distancing restrictions will be in effect.
 
Voting by Absentee Ballot
 
  • Voters must fill out the Absentee Ballot Application, available at the WESTCHESTER COUNTY BOARD OF ELECTIONS, 25 QUARROPAS STREET, WHITE PLAINS, NY 10601, or you can click here to download the Absentee Ballot Application for the Village Election.
  • Completed applications must be returned to the WESTCHESTER COUNTY BOARD OF ELECTIONS, 25 QUARROPAS STREET, WHITE PLAINS, NY 10601. 
  • The deadline to request an absentee ballot by mail for absentee voting requires a USPS past-mark date March 9, 2021.  After that date, absentee ballots may only be picked up in-person at the Westchester County Board of Elections, 25 Quarropas Street, White Plains, NY 10601 up to Monday, March 15.
  • The Westchester County Board of Elections must receive completed voting ballots either by mail or in-person by end of business day on Monday, March 15.  Absentee Ballots with a March 15 USPS Postmark Date will be considered on time.  Postmarks of March 16 or later cannot be processed.
  • All other questions regarding voting by absentee ballot in this election should be directed to the WESTCHESTER COUNTY BOARD OF ELECTIONS at (914) 995-5285.
