UPDATED HOURS FOODTOWN STATEMENT: Effective March 16, 2020 – Social Distancing COVID-­19  Special Store Hours from 7AM to 8AM for Seniors & Immunodeficiency Shoppers

Dear Neighbor, 

As you heard on the news and current world events COVID-‐19, commonly known as Coronavirus, we all need to make an effort to slow down its spread.  It is of utmost importance to the health of our communities for each of us to do a part. 

At your local Foodtown store we have instituted Special Store Hours from 7AM to 8AM for Seniors and Immunodeficiency Shoppers and their Families.  We kindly ask healthy adults to help in accommodating our neighbors with special needs at this time. 

Along with the special hours we will continue to disinfect shopping carts, baskets, handles, registers & pin pads.  The team training is reinforced multiple times a day to follow proper protocols in ensuring the continued health of each other and the community we serve. 

Together by practicing social distancing, washing our hands, and other methods we can and will help to contribute to the greater well being of our global community.
