Dear Resident/Business Owner
On Sunday April 23, 2017, Now Alone Films will be in our village filming for a movie titled “I Think We are Alone Now.”
As a result, the following parking restrictions / road closures will be in effect:
SUNDAY, APRIL 23, 2017
Parking Restrictions:
- No Parking 6AM to 10PM
- West Side of the Municipal Parking Lot beginning near the Library
- No Parking 6AM to 12 PM
- Southside Avenue East Side from Spring Street to Con Ed Parking Lot.
- Southside Avenue West Side.
- Spring Street.
- Maple Avenue- 2 Metered Spaces east side west from north of Spring Street.
- Maple Avenue- 2 Metered Spaces west side west from north of Spring Street.
During the restricted time, the area parking lots will be open and available for use.
Road Closures:
- From 7AM to 12PM the following streets will experience intermittent delays
- Warburton Avenue northbound and southbound at the intersection of Spring Street
- Spring Street northbound and southbound
- Maple Avenue at the intersection of Spring Street
- Southside Avenue northbound and southbound from Train Station to Spring Street
Hastings police officers will be posted at various locations throughout this process and they will make every effort possible to accommodate residents
