The New York District, the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection and the City of New York, with Congressman Tom Suozzi, are hosting a scoping meeting for the New York and New Jersey Harbor and Tributaries (NY NJ HATS) Study on Tuesday, October 23, 2018, Melville Hall at the US Merchant Marine Academy, 300 Steamboat Road, Kings Point, New York from 5:00-7:00PM.

Comments received by November 5th will be included in the scoping comments report.  Comments received after this date will be considered with the comments received as part of the next public review and comment period.
