Mayor’s Message – Easter Greetings 2024

Dear everyone,
Easter is a time of new beginnings, when those of us who celebrate the resurrection of Christ gather with loved ones, share family traditions and reflect on the blessings in our lives.
It is fitting that this sacred time of spiritual regeneration happens during the season when vitality returns to the land after the bleakness of winter, and when nature's cycle of life, death and rebirth is most visible. Flowers are blooming in our parks and gardens, inspiring us to reconnect with the earth and appreciate the simple beauty that surrounds us.
Let’s all take advantage of this time to rejuvenate our community, by volunteering, supporting local businesses, or simply taking a walk through our beautiful woodlands.
