The Village of Hastings-on-Hudson has hired a professional animal trapper to capture and remove coyotes from our parks and wooded areas. Traps will be set in the Hillside, Uniontown, and Quarry Parks to capture the coyotes.

The Hastings-on-Hudson Police have closed the parks until further notice for people and pets.

PLEASE STAY OUT OF THE PARKS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

Please keep your animals on leash don’t let them run into the woods where they may find a trap with food in it and get caught in the trap.

AGAIN, PLEASE STAY OUT OF THE PARKS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE!
