As per Rose's email: "I am working with the Pace Land Use Law Center and Goldstein Hall on the second Hudson Valley Affordable Housing Summit to be held April 26 at Pace Law School from 8:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.     From 11:15 to 12:15, there is a session on “Reviving Techniques in Affordable Housing”.  I’m not sure “reviving” is the right word and probably will change but during that hour, we’re going to have presenters quickly present on inclusionary zoning, CDFIs and Affordable Housing, and Housing Trust Funds.  We’re asking you as chair of the HOHAHDFC to present on why and how the Affordable Housing Committee and HDFC was able to bring affordable housing and changes in land use policies to a small built up village – and the various roles the Committee/HDFC  has played.   In my opinion, Hastings’ approach could be a model for others."
