2. **Deferred to Future Meeting** View Preservation Advisory, Site Plan Approval & Steep Slopes Approval for the demolition of an existing 3-family building and construction of an 8-unit residential project with one commercial space on (4) existing tax lots located at 425 Warburton Avenue & 0 Ridge Street. 1. Proposed Local Law A of 2024 - A local law amending the zoning map of the Village of Hastings-on-Hudson to rezone the parcel known as 623 Warburton Avenue to the 2R Zoning District.
