Public Hearing To Amend Village Code For A Community Choice Aggregation Program

                                              

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:  

That the Mayor and Board of Trustees of the Village of Hastings-on-Hudson hereby schedule a Public Hearing for Tuesday, Oct. 20, 2015 at 7:30 PM or soon thereafter at the Municipal Building, 7 Maple Avenue, Hastings-on-Hudson, New York, to consider the advisability of adopting Proposed Local Law F of 2015 adding a new chapter to the Code of the Village of Hastings-on-Hudson to provide for a community choice aggregation (CCA) energy program in the Village.  This law allows the Village to determine the default supplier of electricity and natural gas on behalf of its residential and small commercial customers.

The Board at such time and place will hear all persons in support or opposition to such matter.
