TIME:        4:00pm
PLACE:    The meeting is being conducted in accordance with Executive Order 202.1.  As such, the meeting will be held virtually via videoconference using the ZOOM platform,   Members of the Parks and Recreation Commission participating in the meeting will be participating remotely through videoconference.
