Nature in the Burke! Special Walk with Avery Erwin-McGuire This Sunday, December 12th, 2-3pm

Meet at the Farragut School Complex faculty parking lot, across Farragut Avenue from Hastings High School. The group will walk the path down to the Lower Burke stream and wetland, home to diverse native and invasive plant and animal species. Learn about these, plus the history and future of Billie Burke's Estate. Avery has been working for two years to restore this important ecosystem, and knows the background on every plant and animal in it!
