Hastings W.A.Y. and Hastings Youth Advocate program
have collaborated to bring to you a De-stress Yoga Classes
Take care of yourself during the pandemic.
Enjoy classes to help de-stress, unwind, and relax.
ALL abilities welcome.
Join us for live classes via zoom presented by Michele Rafferty, Hastings resident and long time Yoga instructor and wellness enthusiast.
Take a look at the schedule:
Monday Mornings - 9:30am - 10:45 am Seated Yoga and Movement
Wednesday Evenings 7pm- 8:15pm Mat Yoga and Meditation
Friday Mornings- 9:30am- 10:45am Yoga and Movement for Families
Please note: We are changing the structure for Friday's Family class.
Friday Family Yoga
9:30 am-10:00 am Kids/Family Yoga (for kids under 9 years old): Stretch your body, move, giggle, jump, yawn, gargle, and sigh.
10:00 am -10:45 am Family Yoga: Stretch and energize your body for the day with your child/teen/dog/partner! Learn Yoga Asanas, and Qi Gong moves. Learn how to stretch one another and learn some self-acupressure points through tapping and releasing.
Classes to de-stress, incorporating Yoga, Chi Gong Movement, Tapping, Affirmations, and Meditation.

Youth Employment Services
Do you need help with learning how to video-conference, zoom or google classroom?
Need help with home-schooling? Yard work?
Youth Employment services is still operational remotely to help youth find jobs working remotely or working outdoors one-on-one only.
We are also working to place youth in summer jobs.
If you have need help or have a youth looking to earn some extra $$$ please contact Jill Iturbe via email at iturbej@hohschools.org
