                        1.  Accessory Apartment Approval – Application of Dr. Zena Susser – 100 Pinecrest Drive – 4.130-139-6.  Waiver for square footage required.
                        2.  Steep Slopes Approval & View Preservation Advisory – Application of Julie Tyson for an addition of a side yard pool and reconstruction on a new home proposed on steep slopes on an existing lot for her single-family dwelling at 67 Pinecrest parkway. Said property is located in the R-10 Zoning District and is known as SBL: 4.100-95-32 on the Village Tax Maps.
                        3.  Steep Slopes Approval – Application of Mirjana Alilovic for the gross illegal re-grading and drainage of her backyard on her property located as 12 Prince Street.  Said property is located in the 2R Zoning District and is known as SBL: 4.140-151-11.2 on the Village Tax Maps.

                       1.  SEQRA Determination (Continued) – Application of Riverton Lofts West, LLC for the construction of a new 7-unit, multi-family dwelling on an existing lot with associated parking and an existing building to have an interior renovation only, at 10 West Main Street. Said property is in the CC Zoning District and is also known as SBL 4.70-48-13 on the Village Tax Maps.
                       2.  Site Plan Approval – Application of Tabi Realty LLC – 425 Warburton Avenue. ***Deferred to May Meeting***
                       3.  Site Plan Approval & View Preservation Advisory – Application of Pam 555 Warburton Realty, LLC for the buildout of a vacant structure to create a mixed-use occupancy to include a restaurant on the basement and 1st floor levels and two dwelling units and rooftop deck on the 2nd, 3rd and rooftop levels at their commercial property located at 555 Warburton Avenue.  Said property is in the CC Zoning District and is known as SBL: 4.30-22-1 on the Village Tax Maps. ***Deferred Until Future Meeting***
