REGULAR MEETING
THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 23, 2021 - 7:00 PM

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:  That a meeting will be conducted by the Planning Board on
September 23, 2021 at 7 p.m.
 
Notwithstanding the provisions of Article 7 of the Public Officers Law to the contrary, the meeting will be conducted remotely in accordance with the Chapter 417 of the Laws of 2021 in light of the public health and safety concerns associated with the COVID-19 pandemic.  As such, there will be no public participation in-person.  Members of the Board and Village Staff participating in the meeting will be participating remotely through videoconference.
 
The Board will use Zoom, a web-based videoconferencing service, to conduct the meeting.  The public will have an opportunity to see and hear the meeting live and provide comments during the appropriate time. Comments can also be emailed before and during the public hearing to:  cminozzi@hastingsgov.org.
 
The meeting will be recorded and a transcript of the meeting will be available at a later date.
 
INSTRUCTIONS TO ACCESS A VIRTUAL MEETING: You must install the Zoom app on your computer, tablet or smartphone. Once you have created a Zoom account, you will be able to click this link: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/83804458048 to enter the meeting. You will be able to see and hear the live meeting. You can also call in to listen to the Zoom meeting by dialing 1-929-205-6099 and when prompted, enter the Meeting ID:  838-0445-8048.

1.  Application of Dan Sbrega for Site Plan Approval, as per Section 295-104 of the Village Code, for the creation of a rooftop residential deck and rear commercial patio at his mixed-use property located at 583 Warburton Avenue. Said property is located in the CC Zoning District and is known as SBL:4.30-22-6 on the Village Tax Maps.
