1. Application of Donna Polizio & Aaron Feliz for Site Plan Approval, as per Section 295-104 of the Village Code, for the reconfiguration of an existing three-family dwelling to include new windows, a new rear semi-pervious patio and, as per Section 295-56(3) of the Village Code, the reconfiguration and reconstruction of the rear egress stairs at their multi-family property located at 65 Hillside Avenue. Said property is in the R-7.5 Zoning District and is known as SBL: 4.80-62-20 on the Village Tax Maps..
