THE TRUSTEES ANNUAL REPORT 2009

Fellow Residents,
I am pleased to submit for your review the attached Board of Trustees Annual Report, describing our initiatives and projects in 2009 as well as providing an indication of what lies ahead. This is a new report that we plan to distribute every year as part of an effort to keep residents informed on the Board's activities. I have included version in both Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat formats.
I have asked my fellow trustees to report on the progress of their initiatives this last year. You will find their (and my) updates in the report's pages. We cover progress on the Waterfront, Downtown, Sustainability, volunteer initiatives, deer control and shared services as well as frustration such as around contract negotiations with Verizon.
It has been a privilege and honor to work on behalf of you. As always, always feel free to reach out to any of us with your concerns and issues.
