Parking Restrictions in Hastings Downtown and Mount Hope Blvd area for Thursday, September 29 due to HBO filming the television series “Girls.”

Dear Residents & Business Owners,
 
On Thursday, September 29, 2016, Half a Yogurt Productions / HBO will be filming in our village for a television series titled “Girls”. As a result, the following parking restrictions will be in place:
 
Main Street:
 No Parking on Southside of Main Street from Warburton Avenue to the Community Center on September 29, 2016 from 11 AM to 6PM.
 
Warburton Avenue
 No Parking in the first 5 metered spaces from Main st-north on September 29, 2016 from 11 AM to 6PM
 
Boulanger Plaza
 Four metered spaces (# 19-23) on September 29, 2016 from 11 AM to 6PM
 
Cochrane Ave
 No parking on the west side of northern half of Cochrane Avenue (see signs) on September 29, 2016 from 5PM-5AM
 
Mt. Hope Blvd
 No Parking on Mt. Hope Blvd from Hamilton Ave to Lefurgy Ave September 29, 2016 from 5PM-5AM.
 
The following road closures will be in effect:
 
On September 29, 2016 from 5PM to 5AM MT Hope Blvd from Rosedale Ave to Lefurgy Avenue will be closed to vehicular traffic. Due to this road closure alternative routes will be available and residents in the area will be accommodated.
 
We do not anticipate any road closures in the downtown area. Hastings Police Officers will be posted at various locations throughout this process and they will make every effort to accommodate residents.
