Refunds are only issued when a program has been cancelled by the Parks & Recreation Department. Additionally, refunds may be issued in extraordinary circumstances as decided by the Recreation Superintendent. Registrants assume full responsibility for any changes in their personal life which may affect their ability to participate.
Credit, which may be used for a future program, can only be given before the start of the program. Any requests for a refund or credit must be put in writing and sent to the Recreation Superintendent.
