Free Fitness Programs at the James Harmon Community Center
As we begin the new year, resolve to join one of our many fitness programs at the James Harmon Community Center. Feel free to try out any of the classes before you register. All classes are free to Hastings-on-Hudson residents age 50 and older:

Mat Yoga - Held 10 a.m. Wednesdays

Chair Yoga - Held 11 a.m. Mondays and Wednesdays

Line Dance - Held 11 a.m. Thursdays

Ta'i Chi - Held 11 a.m. Fridays

Aerobics for Adults - We will be having a trial class this Friday at 12:30 p.m. Please come check it out and see if you are interested!
