 AND NORTHEAST NEW JERSEY.
* HAZARD TYPES...LIGHT FREEZING RAIN OR FREEZING DRIZZLE.
* ICE ACCUMULATIONS...A LIGHT GLAZE OF ICE...FROM A TRACE TO LESS
 THAN ONE TENTH OF AN INCH.
* TEMPERATURES...LOWER AND MID 30S. COLDER GROUND TEMPERATURES
 WILL LEAD TO SOME FREEZING RAIN EVEN AT AIR TEMPERATURES JUST
 ABOVE FREEZING.
* TIMING...TONIGHT. AREAS CLOSER TO THE COAST MAY CHANGE TO LIGHT
 RAIN OR DRIZZLE BY MIDNIGHT.
* IMPACTS...SLIPPERY CONDITIONS ON UNTREATED SURFACES.

 WILL TAP INTO GULF AND ATLANTIC MOISTURE TO PRODUCE HEAVY
 RAINFALL SATURDAY AFTERNOON AND SATURDAY NIGHT.
* RAINFALL AMOUNTS FROM 1 1/2 TO 2 INCHES...WITH LOCALLY HIGHER
 AMOUNTS OF UP TO 2 1/2 INCHES...ARE LIKELY TO CAUSE SIGNIFICANT
 URBAN...LOW LYING AND POOR DRAINAGE FLOODING DURING THE WATCH
 PERIOD. IN ADDITION TO URBAN AND POOR DRAINAGE FLOODING...FLASHY
 SMALL STREAM AND RIVER FLOODING IS POSSIBLE. CONDITIONS ARE ALSO
 FAVORABLE FOR ICE JAM FLOODING.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
A FLOOD WATCH MEANS THERE IS A POTENTIAL FOR FLOODING BASED ON
CURRENT FORECASTS. YOU SHOULD MONITOR LATER FORECASTS AND BE
ALERT FOR POSSIBLE FLOOD WARNINGS. THOSE LIVING IN AREAS PRONE TO
FLOODING SHOULD BE PREPARED TO TAKE ACTION SHOULD FLOODING
DEVELOP.
