Taking Care of Business
Mr. Matthew Nolfo, Esq. will give a free presentation and explore the challenging legal issues we all face looking to protect our families, our finances and ourselves from being devastated by a loved one’s long term illness or other catastrophic medical problem. Living Wills, Power of Attorney, Healthcare proxy, various types of Trusts and Medicaid will be discussed.
This seminar will take place on Thursday April 28, 2011 from 1:00 pm-2:30pm at the James Harmon Community Center. It is open to all senior citizens of the community as well as their children, relatives or others who are currently or will soon be facing these issues themselves.
