“Aquatics for Active Older Adults.” The class uses gentle water movement exercise to help improve flexibility, strengthen muscles, enhance cardiovascular fitness and relieve joint discomfort.
Classes are held at: McGee Gymnasium located on the campus of Andrus Children’s Center, 1156 North Broadway in Yonkers.
Classes are held Monday & Thursday mornings as follows:
Winter Session: 10:00 AM – 11 AM
January 3 – March 31, 2011 (23 dates)
Cost: $120 per session allows unlimited # of swims for that session; OR
Drop in rate of $10 per swim is also available.

There are NO CLASSES scheduled on the following school closure dates:

February 21 & 24 (Monday & Thursday.. February vacation)
During inclement weather, classes will be cancelled based on Hastings school closures as broadcasted on 103.9 WFAS or News12.
