Dear fellow residents -
Time to clear your schedule and find some time to walk around our downtown tonight, Friday, from 5:30PM to 9:00PM for our latest Friday Night Live, this one with a magic/carny theme. Warburton will be closed to traffic, and magicians, jugglers, fire-eaters, fortune tellers, dancers, musicians and more will wander the streets. Local magician "Vanishing" Vinny DePonto is guest producing this spectacular Hastings Friday Night Live Event. This is going to be a remarkable night, a night the whole family can enjoy. It's going to be one of those nights of whimsy and wonder that I suspect those of us who go will never forget.
There's also free music tonight night at the Station Cafe with our very own Acoustic Riverun from 7 to 9. Then, there's more music at the James Harmon Community Center at 8:30pm by Matt Turk and Fred Gillen, Jr. This concert is presented by Common Ground Downtown.
It's summer. It's going to be a warm evening. Come, wander, enjoy, have a drink and/or grab a bite. It's going to be great.
