TAX REMINDER
The first half of 2010-11 Village taxes is due during the month of JUNE. Taxes may be paid at the Village Clerk's Office, Municipal Building, 7 Maple Avenue, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Thursday, and 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM Friday.
To avoid a penalty, first half taxes must be paid in person or postmarked by Wednesday, June 30. Do not drop your payment into a mailbox - even the one in front of the post office - on June 30; it may not be postmarked on that date! Make sure that you witness the official postmark being affixed to the envelope by the postal clerk.
Note: Both Parts 1 and 2 are billed in June. The second half is due December 1. THERE WILL BE NO BILL MAILED FOR THE SECOND HALF. PLEASE MARK YOUR CALENDAR NOW.
